We needed a more efficient, cost-effective way to manage on-site badge printing at our own conferences. After using ExpoTrac at our entire lineup of conferences, we realized: This is the one and only option we need!

Since then, ExpoTrac has grown into a full suite for creating registration sites and managing check-ins, including e-commerce for fee processing. Our technology is cloud-based, simple, and seriously easy to deploy for your permanent or temporary staff.

As a company we were seeking a more efficient and cost-effective way to print name badges at our conferences. After using ExpoTrac at our full lineup of conferences, we knew it was the one and only option we needed moving forward.

Our technology is designed to be cloud based, simple, and easy to deploy for permanent or temporary staff. It has undergone a full year of successful testing and has been optimized to solve all of your name badge printing needs. ExpoTrac is robust enough to handle any number of registrants, that can be simply uploaded to the system via an Excel spreadsheet.
